01Information we collect

You provide:

• Account details such as name, email, password, and company information
• Optional profile details such as phone number, logo, and estimate terms
• Job details you enter, including customer names, addresses, project descriptions, photos, estimates, line items, and notes
• Support messages you send us

We collect automatically:

• Device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps
• Basic log data used to keep the Service working and secure

Payment information:

• If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.

02How we use information

We use this information to:

• Create and operate your account
• Generate, save, edit, and export estimates
• Analyze job photos and descriptions to draft estimate content
• Show your company name and logo on estimates and PDFs
• Provide support
• Improve the Service
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep the Service secure
• Send service emails such as login, account, and billing messages

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your customer lists or job photos to train public AI models across customers.

03Photos and customer information

If you upload photos or enter a homeowner's name, address, or other job details, you are responsible for that information. You should only upload content you have the right to use.

We process that information only to provide the Service you requested, such as creating an estimate or PDF. If a homeowner contacts us about their information, we may forward the request to you so you can respond.

04AI processing

When you generate an estimate, photos and the job description you submit may be sent to third-party AI providers solely to produce the draft estimate. Those providers process the content to return a result. Do not upload information you do not want processed for that purpose.

The draft is not a final bid. You are responsible for reviewing measurements, scope, pricing, and the finished estimate before sending it to a customer.

05Service providers

We use vendors to help run the Service, which may include:

• Hosting and database providers
• Authentication providers
• AI providers used to generate estimates
• Stripe for subscription payments
• Email delivery providers

These providers process information only to perform services for us.

06How long we keep information

We keep account and estimate data while your account is active. If you delete an estimate or your account, we will delete or de-identify associated information within a reasonable period, unless we need to keep it for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup systems.

07Your choices

You may:

• Update your profile and company information in the app
• Edit or delete estimates you created
• Request a copy of your account information
• Request that we delete your account

08Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed to keep you signed in and operate the Service. We may also use basic analytics to understand how the site is used.

09Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No online service is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

10Sharing

We share information only:

• With vendors who help us operate the Service
• If you ask us to, such as when you export or send an estimate
• If required by law
• In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of the business
• To protect the rights, safety, or security of Local Home Estimates, LLC, our users, or others

11State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to appeal a denied request. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise a right, email csm@localhomeestimates.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

12Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
